Question : Trying again, thanks for your patience. I have extreme fatigue, breathlessness, and sudden onset of fevers every few weeks.

Probably a lung infection.

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Fever and breathlessness can be related to a lung infection.
To confirm the diagnosis have to do some examinations :
-a complete blood count
-a chest x-ray
After the confirmation of the diagnosis treatment consists in prescribed antibiotics.You should consult your doctor about this treatment.

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-take acetaminophen for the fever
-drink liquids to prevent dehydration
-rest
