Question : I have no fever, normal blood pressure of 109 over 80 with a pulse of 71. I feel extreme fatigue, nausea and migraine head ache lasting over 3 days. I am super week and I am experiencing confusion and unable to stand without being nauseated and very faint. This has been going on over 1 week. I have lost over 12 pounds this month Lower body muscle craps and my hands and palms are peeling.

I forgot to tell you I have been shaking hands for a couple of weeks and insomnia. My glands are swollen on my neck.

Your symptoms can be due to a number of causes starting from Infectious mononucleosis to malignancies as these can present with the symptoms you have mentioned.
