Question : A patient has arrived with dislocated shoulder
He is in extreme pain
What should i do ?

Thanks for posting your query.
I ave one through your query,first give him a diclofenac injection and do a x-ray for proper diagnosis.Then if dislocation is confirm than try to reduce the joint under sedation or refer to higher centre.
