Question : For the past few hours I have felt extreme pressure in my urethra. I am prone to kidney stones. Would I feel that pressure and discomfort if the stone is stuck in the urethra? What should I do, it is the weekend, I am in a new city and do not have a urologist in PA.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
First, if you are not able to urinate or have fecer, you should see doctor as soon as possible.
Otherwise, this is not emergency and this may indicate stone, uroinfection or STD.
You should drink plenty of fluids, raspberry tea and take antispasmodics.
If pain persist, you can do basic urine analysis and kidney ultrasound in next days.
Wish you good health. Regards
