Suggest Treatment For Extremely Oily Face

Question : what causes my face to suddenly become excessively oily. I am in excellent health and work hard outside in the XXXXXXX heat but this seems to be from from some sort of cleanser. Is there a type of soap that causes the skin to weep oil and cause raised pimple like sores that have only oil inside not the typical white pimple material. I take my skin very seriously. A clay based cream seems to help.
