Question : Hello Doctor,

I am feeling strain in my eyes & there is a swelling on upper lid of my eye.

Lid margin infection.

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
thanks for sending your query to us.

It is likely that upper lid swelling is due to lid margin infection. If so then there will be a painful point there.If yes then this will need antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication.

Hot fomentation for 5 minutes twice a day will be helpful.
Do get back to me if this swelling is not painful.
