Question : hi, i am XXXX,29 year old .since last year i am going through a problem of eye twitching.i had go with various types of test like MRI,EEGetc. reports are normal then i consult the neurologist he told me that i am suffering from some homofacial problem he prescribed me oxetol tblt for 2 months after this treatment i got relief in my eye twiching so i stop taking oxetol tblts but after some month again there is problem of eye twitching.plz tell me what should i do.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Reviewed your health concerns,after the study of your facts.
Based on the facts-of your query you seem to have-
Eye Seizers/ Blepharospasms/Partial Seizers

Suggestions-What You should you do?-
-Get the cause of the Eye Stress Seizers with your Physician /
-Please update me more about the cause of the eye dryness you suffered?
-Do you work with Lap/PCs for many hours to strain your eyes?
what is your Job / work style for a day?
Do you exercise for some time in a day?It seems that you Don't seem to exercise.
-Drink plenty of Water/ Fluids/ Fruit Juices-Papaya
-Do Relaxing Breathing Exercises-3 times a day.
-Reduce Tea/Coffee/ Smoking /Alchohol in excess.
-Drink Butter Milk-skimmed x 2 times per day.
-Drink Spinach Soups-x 2 times a day
-Take 8 hrs sound sleep.
-Check for Gastric disturbances if Sleep is not good.
-Reduce the job / mental stress if any.
-Tab Zincovit 1 x 3 weeks / and Tab Neurobion 1 / 2 times per day x 3 weeks.
-Continue with Tab Oxetol till the body recoups and recovers from the eye and body and mind stress.
-Check with your doctor-neurologist on the assessments of the various factors as told above.
This would reduce the imbalance of nutrition and brain / mind /physical stress, which may be causing the Eye Seizers-/ or Blepharospasms/ or Partial Seizers.
