Question : my daughter 2 years old have paralysis temporal several times a day when she have the symptoms the paralysis is no more than 20 seconds after that she return to be normal. please help me

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I do not think that the it is paralysis. Rather, it is more likely to be due to absence seizures. You need to take her to a neurologist at earliest and get an EEG done.
