Question : Left side of face is weak may have bell's pasly what can i do
Hello thanks for asking
First of all visit a doctor and get proper evaluation done. If that is facial palsy then that should be treated on emergency basis. Steroids can help in full recovery if given early in treatment.
Thanks

This is what it looks like
Brief Answer:
For facial weakness visit a doctor immediately.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
If there is any deviation of mouth, inability to close one eye lid, inability to whistle from lips then that is probably facial weakness and should be dealt on emergent basis.
Predenisolone is commonly used as steroid for treatment. This will reduce the oedema around nerve and you will feel better in a couple of week. Physiotherapy is done once recover is seen.
Thanks.
