Brief Answer:
Mostly surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

The causative factors for fallopian tube obstruction may vary from infections, adhesions secondary to surgery or due to endometriosis and surgical ligation as part of permanent contraception.

Infections may be treated with antibiotics and other adjuvant therapy. Adhesions need to be released surgically. While good results may be expected with treatment of mild adhesions, with multiple adhesions this may not be possible.

Tuboplasty is repair of the tube surgically. Recanalization is another surgical process to restore patency after tubal sterilization. Salpingostomy, falloposcopy are some other available procedures.

Alternate means of treatment are also available. Accupunture, meditation, alternate medicine are some other available treatments.

Plan of management should be made after thorough evaluation through clinical examination and investigation.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
