Suggest Treatment For Fat Necrosis

Question: I had surgery 6 months ago and both side of my butt has fat necrosis .. it has caused flatiness on my right check and has discoloration , very hard . Any suggestions What I can do to fix this? Or should I go back to my doctor and see if she could lipo it out

I had a lipo and fat transfer ( BBL ) I don't have any fever I went for check up I don't have any infections. I sometimes do feel my butt a little hot, I have discoloration on my left and right cheek it's very hard as time went by I have a big dent where it's hard at on both sides!
