Question : Hi, I am 58, a female and had triple negative breast cancer, non metastasized that was found 4/2015. I went through chemotherapy, radiation and mastectomy. Fatigue started, but now it is much worse. My chmeo ended in September. Now, I am fatigued, more confused, worse memory and most alarming is I have periods of gross incoordination. In the morning, I can barely walk 3 feet to hold on to the door frame. I stumble, my balance is very poor in the morning and night and when I am tired. I'm a Nurse. I can't get into a Neurologist for another month. Can you give me any ideas on what I should do and what it might be?

My lives enzymes are fine except for my Alkaline Phosphate which is 130.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. It is difficult to correlate your symptoms with either chemo or radiation related side effects. Not to make you afraid but triple negative cancer is notorious for a relapse in brain and i will advise you to undergo an MR imaging of brain. You should get yourself tested for rhyroid function as well as diabetes and vitamin b12 deficiency.
