Question : Earlier while eating lunch I had a back ache and a sudden feeling of fullness. I could not sit up, so I leaned back on the sofa. I am fatigued and short of breath. It lasted three hours.yesterday I felt shaker and dizzy, late in the day. Should I bee concerned?
Brief Answer:
yes, see a doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
It is concerning that these symptoms could be coming from your heart.
I suggest that you see a doctor right away and have your heart checked.
It may be something simple like reflux but that does not usually cause fatigue and shortness of breath.
If you have an episode like this that lasts more than an hour you should go to emergency right away.
Otherwise see your doctor and get an exam and some testing done to make sure this is not coming from your heart.
There are many other things it could be but your heart is the most dangerous one and that needs to be checked right away.
