Brief Answer:
Please get your thyroid and blood sugar checked.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I recommend you go to your doctor for an evaluation that should include a physical exam, including your thyroid, and blood tests. A testosterone level can be included, but the yield of benefit from testing this is not as high as the other tests I listed.

The blood tests should include a complete blood count to check for anemia, but also a TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) and thyroxine level. Low thyroid function can cause all of your symptoms, and can be treated. A chemistry panel and A1C or fasting blood sugar should be included too.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information. Also, I invite you to let me know how you are doing after you have been evaluated.
