Hello,

The blood report shows raised hemoglobin (Hb) and raised hematocrit (HCT). Raised Hb and HCT are seen in smokers, people living in high altitude or in hypoxic conditions. Fatigue, dizziness and shortness may be due to some other cause.

I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations for diagnosis and thus management.
