Question : I have been ill for ten days with symptoms similar to glandular fever ( which ) I had at age 20. Main probs were hoarse voice, huge fatigue, sore eyes, lack of appetite, constant, very bad headache and some pain in stomach following any eating/drinking. Today I still have bad headace and fatigue but my symtoms have now been joined vy tremor and electrical shock like spasams in all parts od bodyy ( these are not constant). I will be 59 this year.I also suffer from depression and osteoarthritis. I am particularly worried about tremors and twitching. I would like your opinion on what is happening,Thankyou,

                                    Brief Answer:
Myriad of symptoms ? Early MS is a possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You have constellation of symptoms like headache, fatigue ,depression, tremors and electric shock sensations (Lhermitte's symptom ),spasms in your body.
All these could be explained possibility by Multiple sclerosis (MS).
Evidence of a remote Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection (glandular fever in your case) playing some role in MS is supported by a number of epidemiologic and laboratory studies.
Osteoarthritis is degenerative and probably unrelated.
You need to undergo examination by neurologist for logical conclusion.
