I no longer have a GP. Zopiclone 15 mg is effective as was 8mg dilaudid twice daily. I have tried modafinil and concerta for fatique. Neither were effective. Hoping to try adderal in descent doses. Can you help.?

Brief Answer:
bupropion sustained release

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Stage 3 b cancer treatment causes many complications including fatigue, insomina and pain.

As modafinil and concerta is not effective for your fatigue i would advise you to take tablet bupropion sustained release tablet 150 mg once daily in the morning after food for your fatigue.

I will also advise dietary supplements such as Ginseng and L carnitine to add in your diet for your fatigue.

For insomina you can take tablet alprazolam 0.5 mg at night.

I would advise you to apply Buprenorphine 5 mg transdermal patch for your pain from shinges and nerve damage.

You can apply one patch to a dry, non irritated, non hairy area of your skin on your upper body such as your chest, upper back, or the outside of your arms. Leave it in place for seven days and then remove it and replace it with a new patch, but apply the replacement patch to a different area of skin on your upper body. Avoid using the area from where you have removed the patch for at least three weeks. Continue to replace your patches once a week, on the same day of the week.

Adderall has many side effects including irregular hearbeat and i would advise not to use it.
