Brief Answer:
It seems chronic stress disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Seems to be nothing serious but some reason must definitely be there. From your query it seems just psychological.

Can you upload the reports for me to view?
Is there any family or economical or any other stress?

Meanwhile I would suggest you the following lifestyle measures:
-Take on to yoga and some relaxing exercises.
-Also take some multivitamin regularly.
-Drink cleaner water and hygienic food.

I feel that a consultation with a psychiatrist will be helpful to you.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I take efexor 150mg ,3daily.This has controlled my major deppressive disorder for 20 years.
I no longer stress about things and I am in a good place. My spiritual life gives me a ,ot of comfort.
I have thinning hair but feel the cause of this is most probably medication and age related.
My family,of 8 children, suffer from diabetes and asthma.
I do not and am the only one with depression which my mother had.I am the youngest.
My recent tests on lung and heart have come back with no issues which is great as I was having unusual episodes of breathing difficulties sounding likee asthma even though I knew it was not asthma ,since changing to lactose free milk I have not had another attack.I use to drink a lot of milk drinks.
My fatigue certainly has an element of neurotransmitter deficiency with it but I do not beleive it is the main issue.
Past test have shown an inflammatory marker though I can't recall what it was.Other athritic tests where negative.
The main issues that affect me is the fatigue, numbness
in either leg after being on them too long, and the ahing pain in my legs at night.
I chose your specialty because I wondered if it was an autoimmune condition.

Brief Answer:
Chronic anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thanks for the follow up query.. Its a nice history placed by u, very helpful to me to reach a conclusion
i suggest that you don't seem to have any autoimmune disease..but the fatigue and numbness you have may be due to calcium deficiency..milk products contain calcium but it needs certain factors for its proper absorption..i would recommend you to get few lab investigations done - serum calcium, vit D levels and Vit b12 levels
Even the neurotransmitter deficiency may be pertaining to serum calcium levels
the breathing difficulty you had maybe due to anxiety only as all your lung investigation have come out to be absolutely normal
so please get done all the investigation I have asked for and follow up with me
please continue with all the medicines you are currently taking also take vitamin B12 capsule1500 micrograms once daily
thanks
