Brief Answer:
Add vitamin B 12 to your treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.

Looking at your description and long history of symptoms, you are experiencing, I would like more information for better assessment of the condition like
1. have you ever experienced any seizure ?
2. is there any history of injury or birth trauma?
3. is there any problem with bowel and bladder ?
4. if possible upload me the reports?

at the outset I would advise you for certain investigations like serum electrolytes, blood sugar, lipid profile, and CSF examination if need be.

I would advise you to take vitamin B12 and B complex in addition to the treatment you are taking.
I would also advise you to consult a psychiatrist for physical examination, behavioural therapy and relaxation exercises, which will definitely help you.

Please do write back to me with all the details, so that I will be able to guide you better.
wishing you good health.
Regards
