Question: In the past two years I have experienced overwhelming health issues. I have listed the beginning to date issues below.
Loss of muscle strength (no arm strength), extreme fatigue, weight gain, hair fall out, back pain on left side (ribs area). That was in the beginning. Now my legs are not cooperating. Hard to walk, extremely painful to move around. In the morning it feels very stiff. Left shoulder is moving uncontrollably.
It is very difficult to go from being very active to becoming limited. It isn't just the exhaustion. The pain level and my muscles just not wanting to work.

Brief Answer:
A clinical evaluation and some exams needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read carefully your concern.
In order to make a proper diagnose to your symptoms except of a very detailed clinical examination i would also need;

CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your last 3 months' glucose average).
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
TSH (checks your thyroid)
25 hydroxy Vitamin D levels (ideal range 40 to 60 ng/ml = 100 to 150 nmol/liter)
Calcium level
CK ( creatinine kinase)

None of these tests require any fasting and can be done at any time of the day.
Kind Regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
