Question : I had pneumonia 18 months ago, I have lots of allergies, I feel very tired, and have weird feeling, could ferros sulfate help. all scans, x rays have bee fine

Let me also share a little information with you in regards to your query. Ferrous sulphate (iron) is prescribed to individuals suffering from anaemia. Anaemia is certainly a possibility as most/all infections suppress the bone marrow which restrict the production of haemoglobin to a certain extent resulting in anaemia.

I would thus first recommend a blood investigation to check on your haemoglobin levels along with your blood glycemic profile. Once low haemoglobin levels are confirmed, ferrous sulphate supplements can be initiated and will surely help to reduce your lethargy and fatigue.
