Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver Grade-3
Question: HII . I was diagnosed with Grade 3 Fatty infiltrated liver in USG on March, 2015 with ALT levels at 75 and AST at 28 and fibro scan results at 5.7 KPA [no fibrosis]. Gone for strict restriction to fatty food and regular walking and exercise and 3 Months after, the LFT test indicates ALT at 32 and AST at 22. What are the chances getting normal life

Nothing to worry just maintain the same diet and regular exercise .

As you are already having fatty liver of grade 3 ,even after that there is increase in weight thats the indication you need to worry about.
But some times there will be vague and dull aching pain in right hypochondriac region of abdomen.
Dont worry your job is to diet and regular exercise that already you are doing .
