You need some more tests to plan the treatment.

The following tests are to be done -
1. Liver function test
2. Blood glucose
3. Lipid profile.

What is your weight and height?

You can take Liv 52 after seeing the liver function test.

My weight is 81 kgs
Height 5.7 inches.

In my routine proffesional life , there is no physical excertion and i operate from my residence cum office & hence i hardly go out of my house reason that doctor has suggested me one hour walk.

I had gain 6 kgs in last 3 months , intially my weight was 75 kgs. I also have irregular diets & irregular sleeping time table.

I am not on any other medication & i have never suffered any major illness in my entire 41 years.

As far as appetite is concerned i eat suffeciently twice a day & the only sympton i had to do ultrasound of my stomach , was the hardening of my stomach. My stomach always used to be hard , reason that i went for the ultrasound of stomach

Brief Answer:
Sligtly deranged LFT and Lipid Profile

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
Your SGPT is slightly on the higher side.

Yes you can take Liv 52 which helps to protect the liver.

You are having slightly deranged lipid profile. You need to take medications like atorvastatin 10 mg once a day.

As said in my earlier post, you also need to reduce your weight.
Avoid oily/fatty food.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr.R.K.

Thnx doctor for ur reply

I would like to know that should i take any other medicine with liv 52 for my fatty liver . If yes , pls suggest .

Also , i drink beer or alchohol only once in a week. Can i continue. And if not , how much time should i avoid. I have started avoiding oily food & started walking regularly .

Should , i take another blood test & stomach sonography after 3-4 weeks to assess my fatty liver position. Should i see any specialist for this position now.
Do u advice any further tests after some time interval.

I am liv 52 , 2 tablets per day , is this dosage enough or should i increase & uptill what time shoud i continue.

Is there anything to worry to me , on basis of my above reports.

Awaiting ur reply

You can take the medications I have prescribed in my previous post.
You can take the same dose of Liv 52.
There is no need to take any other medications.
You need to stop consuming alcohol.
Yes you need to avoid oily/fatty food.
You can repeat the tests after 4 weeks to look for improvement. It may take 3-6 months for recovery after stopping alcohol and correcting lipid levels.
There is nothing to worry.
