Question : What do I do if medical report of mine has identified mild increase in the size of liver with mild fats.
Brief Answer:
Not concerning....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The mild increase in liver with fatty deposits are early features of fatty liver. It doesn't need immediate medical attention. However I would recommend that you take measures to prevent this from aggravating. Control of weight, stopping alcohol (if any), avoiding unnecessary medicines/drugs, avoiding high calorie food, making sure blood cholesterol levels are normal are some changes that I recommend.
May I know the reason why the test was conducted. And was your liver function tests performed simultaneously?
Regards
