Brief Answer:
May have to see an ENT

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,

Many times food will just graze the throat injuring it a bit, giving you the sensation of something stuck in the throat.

But if the feeling has remained persistent over the past many hours, then it is better to see an ENT specialist.

He/she will visualise your throat directly and also with a flexible scope to rule out the presence of the cherry pit.

Do not worry, the flexible scopy is an OPD procedure and does not hurt and it take only a couple of minutes
