Brief Answer:
It can be subconjunctival hemorrhage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam
Welcome to health care magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having a broken blood vessel on the surface of the eye. This is will cause a dark red spot under the conjunctiva, called as subconjunctival hemorrhage.

If this is the case then no need to worry as this does not requires treatment and will resolve by 2-3 weeks.
It usually follows injuries of the eye or surrounding structures or spontaneously in people with fragile blood vessels as in people with diabetes, hypertension...

No treatment is generally required for subconjunctival hemorrhage and it will resolve slowly as the blood gets absorbed.

Since this is a self resolving condition no consultation is generally required.

If you can send a photo of the affected eye I can confirm the diagnosis and I can answer you more accurately.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
You can do cold compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,
Thank you for the follow up.

It seems the eye is blood shot and this indicates that it is subconjunctival hemorrhage. It is common to have the feeling of pressure in subconjunctival hemorrhage because of distension of the subconjunctival space caused by blood inside it.
You can use cold compression over the closed eyelids and use mild analgesic drugs and I think this will be sufficient to take care of feeling of pressure.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
