Question : Hello doctor.. my 10 week old baby has fever of 101.3 post vaccination..how much of p-125 drops(125mg) can i give him? He is 5.25kg.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You need to give 0.6 ml of 125mg/ml drops or 3 ml of 125mg/5ml syrup of paracetamol (check the strength mentioned on the label) to your child in each dose. The doses may be repeated at a minimum interval of 4-6 hours if there is a rise of temperature. Also give tepid sponging
