Question : My 2&1/2 yrs son often suffering with cold & cough & fever.. i gave p250 for fever & phenergan for cough but not yet cured sometimes he vomits due to cough..can u pls prescribe me some medicine or syrup for him...

Thanks for writing to us.
Cold and.cough is usually viral at this age

It might take a few more days to get better.
I usually prescribe ondansetron syrup around 3 ml thrice daily for such patients for vomiting.
However if cold and cough doesn't get better you need to consult with your pediatrician again for ruling out chest throat or ear infection.
