He has fever since last tuesday eve 6th feb. Given him paracetamol everytime it touched 100 deg F as adviced by doc. Once it could reach 101degF durung night. He is active once the fever subsides. Btw this s the 3rd consecutive month that he s having fever. Both times doc has prescribed azithral 500 amtibiotic five days course he became normal. Last time i cudnt finish the course as he was having loise motions nd rash due to it. Undergone deugue and CBC TEST. Dengue s negetive both times. But this time wbc has gone down though last time CBC was not done at all. All other things are within range

Brief Answer:
Looks like recurrent viral illness - don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi.... by what you say I feel that it could be only a recurrent viral illness. In this season it is very common for kids to get viral fever even 2 or 3 times in a month. I will explain you how a viral illness behaves, so that you will be more confident.

Please do not use antibiotics like this - the bugs may develop antibiotic resistance.

Fever of few days without any localizing signs could as well a viral illness. Usually rather than fever, what is more important is the activity of the child, in between 2 fever episodes on the same day. If the kid is active and playing around when there is no fever, it is probably viral illness and it doesn't require antibiotics at all. Once viral fever comes it will there for 4-7 days. So do not worry about duration if the kid is active.

Hope this was helpful. If your kid's symptoms are concurring with the way I describe about viral illness, please be patient. The fever will subside in 1 or 2 days.
