Question : Hi,

My wife(23) is suffering from fever and cold from last 3 days. She took medicine twice after which the body temperature became normal but it has hit her again. She recorded fever 102.5 f today. Please suggest medication and let me know the time when she would get better. Also suggest if I need to take her to the doctor.

Thanks for your query.

You can give Tab Dolo 650 twice daily but I would recommend you to get her consulted with her doctor. There is need for detailed examination and evaluation to know the exact cause of fever. This will enable the doctor to put her on suitable antibiotics to get rid of the infection.
