Question : My son who is 10 months old as a fever,I checked his gums and I can see that a tooth is coming in but he also has a lot of mucus and some cough also what I believe it can be a chest congestion. What should I do?

Hello. I just read through your question.
Teething could be the cause of both the fever and congestion. If he is breathing comfortably, there is no need for concern. If, however, he begins to have difficulty with his breathing, or the symptoms persist beyond 2-3 days, I recommend consulting with your doctor.
in the meantime, you can treat his fever with acetaminophen. For the congestion, I recommend keeping a cool mist humidifier running in his room.
