Brief Answer:
She will be recovered from the fever very soon.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for Answer.

In my opinion your mother is recovering from the chikungunya infection. She will be free from the fever very soon.

Chikungunya virus is spread by mosquitoes bites.

It is a flavirus group of virus. It has common characteristics of causing hemorrhagic fevers, as suggested by the reducing platelets count.

But 21 November report is suggestive of increase in platelet count. This is the evidence of recovery from the chikungunya virus infection.

Such infection are notorious for causing joint pain even after the infections is cured. So I suggest you to continue the strong painkillers even after treatment.

Such viral infections some times has cyclical pattern of fever.

So when virus come out into circulation, that is early in morning in your mothers case, it causes fever.

Once the paracetamol has taken the fever will disappears.

I have gone through your mothers prescription.
