Question : Hii my husband has fever 103 degree & mild lever infection and sonography Reports says that lever on boundry line.

He may need LFT(Liver function test)for proper evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your husband's findings may suggest borderline enlarged liver(hepatomegaly).It may be due to many causes like hepatitis,fatty liver,metabolic disorder etc.
He may need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver function test,viral markers,renal function test,urine RE/ME.
Liver function test,viral markers and routine hemogram are very important in his case.
He may need to take few more medicines after complete investigations.
This is usually a manageable condition.For fever,sponging of whole body with normal water and anti-pyretics can be given.
