Thanks for asking on Health care magic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that your child has a gastrointestinal infection. Usually such infections are of viral origin but also can be bacterial. Unless the stool is blood stained, antibiotics are not needed. The mainstay of treatment is to maintain proper hydration. If the child is on breastfeeding, all you need to do is to increase the amount of breast feeding. Else, electrobion or ORS may be given 50-100ml/kg over 4 hours depending on the hydration level. The following link would give you the specifics of the same:

You need to monitor the urinary output. If it is more than 6-8 times in 24 hours, it is not a cause for concern. If not, the fluid intake needs to be increased.
Give him some antiemetic like ondansetron when required for vomiting. Hopefully the condition would improve soon. The normal feeding pattern should resume thereafter.
Regards
 You need to be patient.

I understand. Children often do not eat well when they are ill. Things should improve once he recovers. However, if apprehensive, you can get his blood counts and C-Reactive protein level checked.
