Brief Answer:
Need more details
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
I need more details about the symptoms. When did the fever start? Does he have any other symptoms? I can see that your friend has medical history of typhoid. Has he been tested for this infection now(after the start of these symptoms)? If not please get tested for it.
If this test is negative then more testing may be needed.
Please upload the reports for me.

Fever started around 1.5 months back consistently.
Other symptoms:
1. pain in legs before fever catch
2. improper digestion
3. less appetite.
He did not have Typhoid but Dengue before some time. He has history of dengue. He has gone for WIDAL test recently.
I am uploading his latest reports for the undergone tests.

Brief Answer:
Needs more evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the reports and these are normal.
The symptoms hardly pinpoint to a particular diagnosis. One thing that comes to mind is parasitic infection.
Another cause can be a complication of dengue. A test for CK (creatine kinase) may be done to see the chance of myositis. Please provide more details about type of pain in legs. Seeing a surgeon can help.
The indigestion and low appetite can be due to the above infections. or it can be a separate condition. Complete stool examination including ova and cysts, culture and sensitivity may be needed. Treatment can be better done after the reports of stool test.
Meanwhile he should take hygienic food and cleanest drinking water.
