Question : My 9 years old grandson has fever for 24 hrs bad pain on his tonsils and just vomit bil liquid, he says I'm feeling bad?

try Acetaminophen or ibuprofen

Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
From your description it looks like tonsillar infection.
Usually tonsillitis is viral but can be bacterial too.
For time being you can give him Acetaminophen or ibuprofen thrice daily to see if that helps.
Ask him to gargle with betadine gurgles.
Ensure he drinks plenty of liquids.
If pain and fever doesn't settle it is better to consult your doctor.
