Brief Answer:
Rash

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
there are many viruses that produce a rash after several days of fever. The most common virus that causes this is something called roseola. This virus as well as all of the other viruses, are harmless. It typically takes about 7 to 10 days for the rest to resolve. Afterwards, There are no remaining discolorations or scars. There is no reason to be overly concerned here. If the rash persists beyond seven days without improvement, I recommend consulting with your doctor.
