Brief Answer:
continue paracetamol, liquids

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Fever and headache with pain behind eyes can happen in viral fever or sinusitis.
Viral fever may last for 3 to 5 days. Since he has no cold or cough, it is unlikely to be sinusitis.
Another possible cause for headache could be dehydration due to fever.
Continue paracetamol for time being every 6 hours if he has fever.
Ensure he drinks plenty of liquids to keep him hydrated.
If fever persists for more than 3 days or he develops new symptoms, or becomes tired and dull, consult your doctor immediately
Wishing him speedy recovery.
