Question : hi doctor,yesterday I had fever and vomiting probably due to food poison,now I am feeling ok, do I need to take any medicine?

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

The infection can be self limiting in case of good immune system. If the symptoms recur, you can start with medications.
You can take paracetamol 500 mg for fever. Antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg along with Domperidone 30 mg can be taken once a day before meals for vomiting.
Further medical management can be planned after a clinical evaluation.
