Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The swelling can be because of the remnant infection. Nothing to be panic, you can take a course of antibiotics preferably a combination of amoxicillin and metronidazole (if you are not allergic). The dizziness is not because of the tooth infection. It can be secondary to migraine or vertigo. So consult a neurophysician and get it evaluated. Do not apply hot or cold things over the swelling, if you apply the swelling will not subside. Get a complete blood investigations done to rule out anemia and other infections. Till then you can take a course of antibiotics.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries, reply me back.
Take care.
