Question : my three year old has had a fever since Wednesday, but nothing over 102 F he has watery eyes a snoty nose and a cough. he does have allergies and takes zyrtec, nasonex, and singular. how long should i expext his fever to last before i should worry?

Your child is likely to be suffering from a viral infection which takes 5-7 days to recover irrespective of the use of antibiotics. The medicines are correct but if it lasts for more than 7 days it is a cause for concern and other possible causes need to be looked into.
