Question : hi, my daughter having high fever temperature 2.
she is have stomach pain and constipation as well.
please suggest medicine.

Can understand your concerns.

Your child seems to be having stomach infection or acute gastroenteritis.

For fever you can give paracetamol syrup (5ml =125mg) at 15 mg /kg.
Antibiotic like oflox should be given.

Since, all medicines in children are given according to weight, you should meet local doctor for needful.
