Question : My 30 year old daughter has a fever, 100.9 , a bad cough, stuffed head, red eyes and is dizzy. Plus her hands and feet are red, a bit rashy and very, very itchy. She just got home from a week in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. Should she go to an urgent care? Is she too old for hand, foot and mouth disease? Measles? She's had all childhood vaccines.

Seems viral respiratory tract infection

Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, your daughter might be having viral respiratory tract infection. A chance of hand foot and mouth disease is less as per your history.
Good that she had all her childhood vaccines.
At age of 30, measles chances are 10 %.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed duolin and budecort nebulization for cough with expectorant cough syrup.
Antihistamines + mucolytics combination drugs twice daily for 7 days
Anti inflammatory drugs like paracetamol 500mg to 650mg (Over the counter medication) can help u with fever and steam inhalation for stuffed head.
You can get all medications with your primary doctor prescription.

Hot saline gargling will be helpful. Consult an ENT doctor and get evaluated if symptoms persist for more than 3 days.
