                                    Brief Answer:
Allergic bronchitis is most likely.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from Allergic bronchitis and that is evident by chronic cough post viral as well as eosinophillia.
In such case I would recommend you to take an anti Allergic like Levocetrizine and Montelukast for a few days and do steam inhalation.
This cough would go away in 2 weeks.
Now as far as vaginal discharge is concerned, this could be fungal infection.
The best treatment for this would be take Fluconazole which is an anti fungal drug and it should go away with in a week time.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

                                    Brief Answer:
Unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
The widal test performed is a very non specific test and has significance if your next widal test shows rising titres.
In fact your fever has disappeared and the cough and vaginal discharge are not symptoms of Typhoid fever.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
