Question : hello doc, my son having fever 100.4 f and he is 20 months old..can i give MEFTAL-P insted of crocin please advice.....need to know the dosage also.

Paracetamol or Crocin is the safest antipyretic.
You can definitely give Meftal P Suspension.
The dosage for 20 month old baby is 3 ml per dose .
