Brief Answer:
continue meds, add antihistamines, warm compress, rest, fluids

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pain in the nose and headache are most commonly related to acute/recent onset viral infection, particularly the cough and cold or the flu virus.

The headache can occur due to congestion of the sinuses to the tylenol sinus medication should be continued since it contains a mixture of a pain medication (acetaminophen) and a decongestant.

You can add an antihistamine to this combination, this would help. Available over the counter eg benadryl, claritine, allegra, zyrtec

Applying a warm compress (not hot) to the face would also help with drainage of secretions as well.

Rest and fluids are also important.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
