Brief Answer:
Probably a vulvovaginitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.

The symptoms described above seem to have the features of a vulvovaginitis. It is an infection disease caused by bacteria or fungus and happen sometimes in post menopausal period due to hormone imbalance or associated with diabetes. You should talk to your GP about this possibility on checking vaginal discharge cultures to settle the diagnosis. You should not worry because with the prompt medication, with antibiotics commonly used, everything returns to normal.

There is no reported association between fibromyalgia with this condition.

Hope this helps, please feel free for further questions.
