Brief Answer:
suggestive of lung infection .

Detailed Answer:
Dear I can understand your concern .
On the basis of information that you have given to me , I would like to inform you that this seems to be lung infection with inflammation of lung covering that we call as pneumonia or pneumonitis .
This diagnosis will be more clear if you have cough or sputum with this also and your chest pain is increasing with deep inspiration and on coughing . Headache and dizziness may occur with any high grade fever.
In my opinion you take paracetamol for your fever on sos basis and discuss this with you physician because we need complete history and examination and if needed certain blood test and x ray chest to confirm the diagnosis and treat this appropriately .
Hope this will help you .
If you have any other concerns please feel free to message me . Thanks for contacting HCM .
