Brief Answer:
Paracetamol and crocin are same

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Paracetamol and crocin are same medicine. These are meant for fever. Since fever is only 100, it doesnot require too much of crocin. You can take crocin upto 3-4 times a day.

For cold and runny nose, you can take syrup cetrizine half tsp upto 2 times a day. It is to be taken only when runny nose and nose congestion is there.

Antibiotics must not be taken in routine for cold and coughs. Most colds are due to virus and antibiotics are ineffective. If throat infection doesnot get better in 5 days, then you can take azithral after doing a culture and sensitivity of sputum in a laboratory.
Strepsil lozenges have local antiseptic action and can be taken. Steam inhalation and warm fluids can help.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
