Question : This morning g about 4am I woke up shaking all over from freezing. I was sore all over and could hardly move from being so sore. I could feel my heart beating and it was beating kind of fast. When I got up I was weak. I had a temp of 100.5F. The temp broke recently and now just have a little soreness in my chest. Not ctushing or anything just a little sore.

I understand your concern.
The fever with body ache is suggestive of an infection probably a viral infection.
Take a dose of Paracetamol. If you are not feeling better or the fever and symptoms are getting worse, it would be better to see a doctor, have yourself examined and investigated.
